Alfa AWUS036NHR V2 can't get into master mode

Hi, I can't get my new AWUS036NHR V2 (chipset RTL8188RU) to work with hostapd because the native driver loaded with Kali 2016R2 is unable to enter MASTER mode.

I've already tryed to rebuild some "special" versions of hostapd specific for RTL8188RU but...
