I mean that an airbase AP is never working with my alfa card (it always disconnects after 1 sec). I have no problem using hostapd. So I wonder if my alfa card is defect.

There is no need to change the mac. Aireplay-ng has an option for that. Airodump-ng is passive so this is irrelevant. On top of it, drivers sometimes have issues with changed mac addresses
