No airmon-ng in Windows version 1.4
I have downloaded an unzipped Windows version 1.4. I cannot find airmon-ng in either the 32 or 64 bit folder. Please advise.

No, that's the CPU. Unless you can install NetHunter on it and the WiFi chip is listed on Nexmon as supported, there is no chance it even supports monitor mode.
