No, that's the CPU. Unless you can install NetHunter on it and the WiFi chip is listed on Nexmon as supported, there is no chance it even supports monitor mode.

you probably have an old version of aircrack-ng. The ASCII version is normally only displayed when the hexadecimal can be converted to ASCII, otherwise, it doesn't make sense.
